2020 AEW Full Gear results: Live updates, recap, grades, matches, card, start time, PPV highlights

Saturday night marks the second installment of AEW’s Full Gear pay-per-view, and this year’s show has the makings of begin remembered as one of the best PPV offerings put out by the promotion to date. Much like All Out PPV in September and weekly editions of Dynamite, a limited number of fans will be in attendance at Daily’s Place for Full Gear.

In the main event, Jon Moxley will put the AEW championship on the line against Eddie Kingston in an “I Quit” match. The two have had quite the feud over the past several weeks after Moxley defeated Kingston on the Sept. 23 episode of Dynamite. Kingston passed out in the loss and has made it abundantly clear that he never tapped out to Moxley. Moxley will look to continue his AEW title reign, which began last February when he defeated Chris Jericho at Revolution.

At last year’s Full Gear, Cody had an interesting stipulation in his match with Jericho: if Cody lost, he’d never challenge for the AEW championship again. Up to this point, that has turned out to be the case as Cody currently holds the TNT title (which he will defend on Saturday against Darby Allin). The Young Bucks have have made the same proclamation for their AEW tag team championship match against FTR at Full Gear. If the Young Bucks lose, they won’t challenge the AEW tag titles again.

In addition, Jericho will battle MJF, and if MJF wins, he’ll be allowed to join the Inner Circle. Couple that with the AEW championship No. 1 contender’s match between Kenny Omega and “Hangman” Adam Page among everything else, and it could be quite a wild evening at Daily’s Place on Saturday.

CBS Sports will be with you the entire way on Saturday, updating this story with live results and highlights along with detailed recaps of each match. AEW Full Gear begins at 8 p.m. ET, with the Buy-In pre-show kicking things off beginning one hour prior. Complete results and grades from each match can be found in the live updates below the card.
